SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order has been placed. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please email Shopsimpleserenity@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will then send a replacement product, if still in stock. If the product is out of stock, store credit for the purchased product amount will be issued. Please note: tax and shipping costs incurred from purchase are not eligible to be applied towards the store credit.
